30-Day Return Policy
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unused and unworn
- Be in their original condition
- Include original packaging, tags, and accessories (if applicable)
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Change of Mind
If you change your mind about your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order in accordance with applicable UK consumer regulations.
Returned items must be in new, unused condition.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item received
Once reviewed, we will offer an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, refund, or store credit.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

- Items damaged due to misuse
- Items returned without original packaging
- Items returned outside the applicable return period
- Gift cards (if applicable)
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before they are processed for shipment.
Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and must follow the return process outlined above.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part, including damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
